If it's spam, avoid them. Spammers have no conscience. I was just
reading an article about one who claims to have stopped (was convicted,
too) and he openly talks about how he targeted gambling addicts with
ads for online gaming sites.

Sure it makes money and it doesn't hurt anyone you ever meet, but do you
really want to make money off other people's pain.

tell you how to make a lot of money.

Many people here have said the binary plans, which would fit that 2x2
matrix, are the worst in earning potential.
