You may also want to contact the provider of their email service. If
you've kept all of your correspondence with your ex-MK director, you
might have a legitimate complaint of email abuse. At least you might
be able to find out their policies and whether or not they do anything
about complaints. Many of them don't do much, but it might be worth a
try.
