That is not quite an option for me.

I have a response for that, but it goes along with my response to
another one of your posts and I'm holding on that until I see your
answer to my response to tigg_teagan's post. (I noticed you haven't
answered that yet -- would you respect a post written like that
example?)

I don't think it's a matter so much of which exact rules. It's more a
matter of following enough so a post is readable by others. Again, if
someone has a statement to make, but does not think it's important
enough to be clear, why should I put more effort into reading it than
they put into writing it?

In cases like this I mention caps and periods because, at the very
least, indicating where a sentence starts and ends helps in reading the
text.
