[MLM Survivors Club] Re: I’m not sure if anyone is interested in this.....

This has all been highly entertaining to me!!! Ironically, the TEAM
leaders are now employing "psychological redirection" to point the
attention away from the fact that they have been breaking Amway's
Rules and Regulations for quite some time. And not just doing it
quietly, but flaunting it. They make it sound like they're "looking
out for the IBOs" - I suppose the wolves would guard the sheep quite
well, too.....until they get hungry.

One of the things they taught new recruits was "stacking" - where you
build one leg, and keep adding people to the bottom. THEY say it
creates "teamwork". I say it creates very little income for the
individual IBO and makes it VERY hard to succeed - but the new IBO
doesn't know any better. Those at the top receive LOTS of volume.....
in essence, they are creating an illegal pyramid; and Amway had every
right to worry that the FTC was going to be looking at this "style".

All of the points brought up by the ex-TEAM folks are silly smoke
screens. Yes, Amway products are more expensive - but as someone who
had over 100 retail customers, I can assure you they CAN be sold; just
as there's a market for high-priced cars/stereos/jewelry, etc etc etc.
And if the TEAM leaders *knew* Amway was an "illegal pyramid" - then
why would they have supported it for over a decade????

I suspect this is a case of egomaniac leaders who have been flaunting
the Rules and stealing groups from other powerful Kingpins - and
finally getting terminated. They can rail against the Corporation all
they want - I truly believe Amway will prevail with their right to
enforce their Rules of Conduct.
